Jillian Youngblood
Jillian is the executive director of Civic Genius and Director of Deliberative Democracy at the National Civic League. She has 20 years of experience in civic health, with a focus on deliberative democracy and solutions-oriented public engagement. Jillian is a frequent speaker and trainer on transformative civic engagement. She serves as board president of the Seattle City Club and is a 2024 fellow of the Henry M. Jackson Foundation.

Ibrahim Bazyan
Ibrahim is a Program Manager for the National Civic League and Civic Genius, where he helps lead democracy innovation projects that bring everyday people into shaping policy and community priorities. He deploys civic innovations that bridge the gap between institutions and the people they serve, building participatory systems that bring residents, public officials, and community leaders together for honest conversation and shared consensus-building.

Milka is a Communication and Engagement Strategist with over 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and communications strategy in France. She designs participatory processes and facilitates high-stakes conversations that turn diverse voices into collective action and transform complex public issues into meaningful dialogue, building the conditions for authentic civic dialogue.
My’Easha Green
Participant ConciergeMy’Easha Green is a community leader and non profit professional with over 15 years of experience in workforce development, volunteer management, and program oversight. My’Easha served in several capacities at Spread The Vote, where she worked directly with volunteers and developed a comprehensive partnership program with coordinating agencies across the country.
In 2023 My’Easha successfully launched and managed Spread The Votes HUBs Initiative, an innovative program designed to provide clients with direct access to comprehensive support services in one location.
As a member of the Shreveport Junior League she is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, integrity, and commitment to service. Raised in New Orleans, La, My’Easha enjoys traveling, farming and creating memories with her family.
